The course is taught Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 17:00 in school.

To attend the course, you must have completed a BFAR or D,D1 license and a Harkara course.

With reference to Act No. 120/2022 on taxis, the Icelandic Transport Authority is conducting a course for substitute taxi drivers/drivers at the Mjódd Driving School.

If the violation was minor or a long time has passed since the violation was committed, the applicant can still obtain a license according to the law. 

Students must have completed B/far – Taxi Driving License or D, D1 along with a substitute taxi driver (Harkari) course to be allowed to attend the course.
